Meeting Notice

The Spring general membership meeting of the Historical Society of Tacony will be held on Monday, May 13th at 630 PM at Holy Innocents Saint Pauls Episcopal Church at 7001 Torresdale Avenue. A slide presentation will be featured about one of the most prominent residents of early Tacony, Thomas W. South. Find out how the collection that bears his name came into the possession of the Historical Society and why, upon his death in 1922, he was referred to as the "Father of Tacony."
